LamyTech LLC is not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project requirements
Reviewing deliverables promptly
Obtaining rights to content supplied to us

Payments and Refunds

Fees for Services are displayed at the time of purchase or agreed upon in a separate contract.

Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are due according to agreed billing terms
Late payments may result in suspension of Services
Completed digital services are generally non-refundable
Refunds, if applicable, are granted at our sole discretion or as required by law

Mobile Applications and Software

Applications and software provided by LamyTech LLC are licensed, not sold.

App Store and Third-Party Platforms

Applications distributed through platforms such as:

Those platform providers are not responsible for our Services.
