Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern recurring subscription services offered by LamyTech LLC (“LamyTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our websites, mobile applications, software products, and related services.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Subscription Services

LamyTech LLC may offer subscription-based access to premium features, content, tools, services, digital products, or enhanced functionality within our applications and platforms (“Subscription Services”).

Available subscription plans, pricing, and benefits are displayed at the time of purchase.

    Subscription Billing

    Subscriptions may be offered on:

    • Monthly basis
    • Annual basis
    • Other recurring billing periods as disclosed during purchase

    When you purchase a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store, payment processor, or platform provider to charge your selected payment method automatically.

    Automatic Renewal

    Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

    The renewal charge will be billed using the payment method associated with your account.

    Renewal pricing may change as described in Section 8.

    Free Trials and Promotional Offers

    LamyTech LLC may offer free trials or promotional subscription periods.

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Eligibility for promotional offers may be limited.
    • Free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period.
    • Charges will occur automatically unless canceled before the trial expires.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

    After cancellation:

    • Access to premium features ends when the subscription period expires.
    • Subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period.

    Mobile App Subscriptions

    Subscriptions purchased through app stores must be canceled through the applicable platform:

    • Apple App Store
    • Google Play Store

    LamyTech LLC cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf that are managed through third-party platforms.

    Refund Policy

    Except where required by applicable law:

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
    • Partial billing periods are not refunded.
    • Unused subscription time is not refunded.

    Refund requests for purchases made through third-party app stores are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

    Lifetime Purchases

    Some products may offer a “Lifetime” purchase option.

    A Lifetime purchase grants access for the operational lifetime of the purchased product or service and does not imply perpetual availability.

    LamyTech LLC reserves the right to discontinue products, features, or services at any time.

    Price Changes

    We may modify subscription pricing from time to time.

    If a price change affects an existing subscription:

    • Notice may be provided through the application, website, email, or platform notification.
    • Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new pricing where permitted by law.

    Applicable app stores may also provide notice of pricing changes.

    Account Sharing

    Subscription benefits are intended only for the account holder unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    You may not:

    • Resell subscription access
    • Share access in violation of platform rules
    • Circumvent subscription restrictions

    Violation may result in suspension or termination.

    Service Availability

    We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to subscription services but do not guarantee:

    • Continuous availability
    • Error-free operation
    • Compatibility with all devices

    Temporary outages, maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur.

    Modification of Subscription Benefits

    LamyTech LLC may add, remove, or modify subscription features at any time.

    We may also:

    • Introduce new premium features
    • Retire existing features
    • Improve or redesign subscription offerings

    Such changes do not automatically entitle subscribers to refunds.

    Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if:

    • Fraudulent activity is detected
    • Payment cannot be processed
    • These Terms or our Terms of Service are violated
    • Required by law

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if:

    • You violate these Terms
    • We discontinue the Services
    • Required by law

    Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, LamyTech LLC shall not be liable for:

    • Lost profits
    • Lost business opportunities
    • Data loss
    • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

    arising from subscription services.

    Governing Law

    These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Georgia.
